Xhoana Lama, founder of Joy Lama Arts, is a creative visionary with Italian heritage and a deep passion for storytelling and design. Educated in Milan, the city of design, she developed expertise in communication, branding, and visual storytelling.
Her career has taken her across the world, capturing stories and building meaningful connections through film, photography, and digital media. Along the way, she has received international recognition, including the Special Prize for Best Video at the Triennale di Milano, and has participated in prestigious events such as the Locarno Film Festival, the Venice Film Festival, and the AD&D Awards in London.
Through Joy Lama Arts, Xhoana combines her creative background with strategic insight to help entrepreneurs and businesses grow through branding, videography, photography, website design, and marketing. Known for her dedication, artistry, and collaborative spirit, she approaches every project as a true partnership built on trust and vision.
